In recent times the Nallawilli Group we have been working toward becoming a social enterprise which is now owned by the Pauline E. McLeod Foundation which is focused on First Nation outcomes through support of First Nation Entrepreneurs & Education and Mental Health.  The Foundation will create generational change ongoing support and funding well into the future.

Our MANAGEMENT Team

Roderick McLEoD

Founder of the Nallawilli Group

Roderick founded the Nallawilli Group in 2009 and is also Chairman of the Pauline E. McLeod Foundation.

Roderick was part of the Stolen Generation. and together with his younger sister, Pauline E. McLeod, they were separated from their family for 24 years, being reunited in 1986.

He is now a Senior Elder of the Jaithmathang Nation and is known as Goengalla Goro Konermar Yin.

Scott
Allen

C.E.O. Nallawilli Group

Scott is a descendent from the Awabakal Worimi Nations. He is committed to advancing Nallawilli as a market leader in its chosen fields and to advance First Nations peoples through its committed to best practice, continuous improvement, sustainable and social growth.​

With 20 years’ experience in large multi-national such as Siemens, Microsoft and Unisys, Scott is a thought leader with high levels of creativity and a collaborative management style

David
Penfold

C.F.O. Nallawilli Group

 Former CFO of Deutsche Bank ANZ, David brings a strong focus on governance business strategy and financial awareness.​

He has extensive experience in not-for-profit and is passionate about making positive social and educational impacts in the community.
